Request Submission: You submit your design requirements and preferences through our online form.
Design Creation: Our team creates custom designs based on your specifications.
Proof Review: We provide proofs for your review and feedback.
Production: Upon approval, we proceed with production of your custom products.

Your Content: You retain ownership of logos, designs, and content you provide to us.
Our Designs: Custom designs created by our team become your property upon payment.
License: You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for fulfilling your orders.

• Payment terms will be specified in your custom quote
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Design requests can be cancelled before production begins
• Refunds are available for cancelled orders that haven't entered production
• Custom products cannot be returned unless defective
